Avocado has a rich, buttery flavor that lends itself well as a dip.
Avocado Smash
Ingredients
- 1 ripe medium avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- Roughly mash avocado with fork in shallow bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
Tip: This dip is great with raw veggies, such as cucumber slices, celery sticks, or red bell pepper strips.
