Prep and Cook Time: 25 minutes
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
4
boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 pounds)

1/4
cup soy sauce

2
teaspoons minced garlic

1/2
teaspoon red pepper flakes

2
tablespoons honey

1
tablespoon fresh lime juice



Preparation:
1.
Prepare grill for direct cooking. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Let stand 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine honey and lime juice in small bowl; blend well. Set aside.

3.
Place chicken on grid over medium coals; brush with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Grill, covered, 5 minutes. Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture. Grill 5 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink in center.


Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed white rice, Oriental vegetables and fresh fruit salad.
