Pan-Cooked Bok Choy Salmon

Ingredients

pound bok choy or napa cabbage, chopped
|
|
1
|
cup broccoli slaw
|
|
1
|
tablespoon olive oil
|
|
1
|
teaspoon sesame seeds
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon salt
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
|
|
1/2
|
pound cooked salmon
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Mix cabbage and broccoli and place in colander; rinse and drain. Place olive oil and sesame seeds in large skillet, over medium heat. When oil is hot, add cabbage mixture. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes; reduce heat to low and add salmon. Steam fish and vegetables about 4 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
