Seafood Risotto
Ingredients

package (5.2 ounces) rice in creamy sauce (Risotto Milanese flavor)
1
package (14 to 16 ounces) frozen fully cooked shrimp
1
box (10 ounces) BIRDS EYE® frozen Mixed Vegetables
2
teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

In 4-quart saucepan, prepare rice according to package directions. Add frozen shrimp and vegetables during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
•
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with garlic bread and a tossed green salad.
