Mini Cheese Burritos

Ingredients

cup canned fat-free refried beans
|
|
4
|
(8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
|
|
1/2
|
cup chunky salsa
|
|
4
|
(3/4-ounce) reduced-fat Cheddar cheese sticks*
|
|
*Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese block can be substituted. Cut cheese into 2x1/4x1/4-inch sticks.

1. Spread beans over half of each tortilla, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges. Spoon salsa over beans.
|
|
2. Place cheese stick on one side on each tortilla. Fold one edge of each tortilla over cheese stick; roll up. Place burritos, seam side down, on microwavable dish.
|
|
3. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
