Spiced Sesame Wonton Crisps
Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:

(3-inch) wonton wrappers, cut in half
1
tablespoon water
2
teaspoons olive oil
1/2
teaspoon paprika
1/2
teaspoon ground cumin or chili powder
1/4
teaspoon dry mustard
1
tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 2 large nonstick baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
2.
Cut each halved wonton wrapper into 2 strips; place in single layer on prepared baking sheets.
3.
Combine water, oil, paprika, cumin and mustard in small bowl; mix well. Brush oil mixture evenly onto wonton strips; sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
4.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack; cool completely. Transfer to serving plate.
